WHO ARE WE?
The Global Shapers Community is a branch initiative of the World Economic Forum. a network of dynamic, entrepreneurial and socially-engaged young leaders aged between 20 and 30 from across the world. Since 2011, when the community was first founded, more than 6,100 Global Shapers have joined the Community. We are organized into city-based Hubs and are committed to working together to make a positive and tangible impact through local projects in over 450 Hubs around the world.


THE GLOBAL SHAPERS

Global Shapers undertake events and activities that generate a positive impact within their local community. The community is vitalized by the manifold interactions generated inside each hub, between hubs and on a global level. Global Shapers will have an impact by catalysing and enhancing, individually and collectively, fresh ideas and entrepreneurial solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges.
WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM
The World Economic Forum is an independent international organization committed to improving the state of the world by engaging business, political, academic and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas. Incorporated as a not-for-profit foundation in 1971, and headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, the Forum is tied to no political, partisan or national interests.
